Reminder that the Edgewood Residential Association, Inc. Annual Election Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 20th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss normal business of the Association and elect one (1) Class A Member to the Board of Directors. Please take a moment to review the notice, draft agenda, proxy, and ballot on the Association’s website at www.edgewoodresidentialhoa.com. The Candidacy Statement can also be reviewed online under the “Annual Meeting Materials” tab.
Please Note: Floor Nominations or Write-in Candidates will not be accepted for this virtual meeting. No online voting, ballots, or proxies will be accepted after the deadline date mentioned below.

Fax: (469) 342-8205; Attn: Ashton Barnes If you do not vote online; it is important that your Ballot or Proxy is returned to your Association Manager prior to the Deadline Date of Monday, June 19, 2023, by 12am. in order for it to be counted. The annual election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important you complete and return the proxy, in the event that you are not able to attend the meeting.
